Order cancellation

 

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

 

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our number one priority.

You can request a refund for the products you buy in our website when:

  • your product does not arrive within your country’s estimated delivery time.
  • you receive the wrong product.
  • you do not want the product. In this case, you must return the unused product at your own expense to the following address:

We DO NOT issue a refund when:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (Ex: providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (Ex: not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster, etc).
