How shipping works
We offer free shipping to orders over $30 to provide our customers with a great value and service.
The total delivery time of a product from the time the customer places the order in our website to the time the customer receives the product is comprised of the processing time plus the shipping time.
Processing time for orders is estimated between 2 and 5 business days, depending on the warehouse.
The orders are dispatched from our warehouses in Asia with different shipping methods. The estimated shipping time is between 2 and 4 weeks for all orders, depending on the destination. We ship from global suppliers to find the best possible deals for our customers. For more accurate information about the shipping times, please see the section “Average Shipping Times” below.
An additional week of shipping time might be required during busy periods of the year.
Some international delivery delays are out of our control and unfortunately we can not do anything about it.
At Informal Gifts we know that a quick delivery is important to our customers and we work hard to achieve it. Most orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours and, on average, take between 2-3 weeks to arrive to the destination.
We reserve the right to to accept or reject any orders placed through our website.

Tracking Information.
Once you place an order in our website, you will receive a confirmation email for your order.
Once the order is dispatched from the Asian warehouse, you will receive another email with the tracking number for your order.
In some cases, tracking is not available all the way to your door.
For logistical reasons, products that have been purchased in the same order may be sent in separate packages.
Customs.
Informal Gifts is not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
Please, read this article from the US Border and Customs Protection. In the US, packages whose declared value is under $800 ($100 if being sent as a gift to someone other than the purchaser) will generally be cleared without any additional paperwork prepared by CBP. However, CBP always reserves the right to require a formal entry for any importation and generally exercises this option if there is something unusual about the importation, or if important documents such as an invoice or bill of sale do not accompany the item.
